Pichadores atacam promotor acusado de homicídio

O muro da casa localizada em frente à residência do promotor Thales Ferri Schoedl, no bairro de Moema, na zona sul da capital paulista, foi pichada na noite de ontem com os seguintes dizeres: "Assassino. Justiça. Ministério Público, a vergonha do Brasil". O grupo responsável pela pichação, que se identifica como Túmulos, Trolhas, Bereta, Os Bicho Vivo, Malignos e DMN, é o mesmo de várias feitas neste ano, inspiradas em fatos que ganharam destaque na imprensa brasileira e mundial.
Na tarde da última quarta-feira, por 16 votos a 15, o Órgão Especial do Ministério Público Estadual manteve no cargo o promotor, que ganhou o direito a ter ao foro privilegiado e não será julgado pelo Tribunal do Júri, mas sim pelo Órgão Especial do TJ. Com a decisão, Thales terá cargo vitalício e salário de R$ 10 mil.
CRIME - No dia 30 de dezembro de 2004, em Rivera de São Lourenço, em Bertioga, no litoral de São Paulo, Schoedl atirou contra os estudantes Diego Mendes Modanez e Felipe Siqueira Cunha de Souza, ambos de 20 anos, matando o primeiro, com 12 tiros, e ferindo gravemente o segundo. O promotor, que foi preso em flagrante pelo delegado de polícia de Bertioga, alegou que atirou em legítima defesa contra um grupo de pessoas que o ameaçavam e que teriam mexido com sua namorada.
